Dear NSHA friends and families,
Welcome to the North Shore Hebrew Academy! We are a community of learners and leaders brought together by a passion for learning, a commitment to chesed, and a dedication to Jewish life.
From our youngest preschoolers to our graduating seniors, every NSHA student forges their own path to academic and personal success. With a comprehensive, academically rigorous Jewish and General Studies education, students gain the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their student years, their careers, and beyond.
Our community rallies around our students every step of the way. Teachers and faculty care deeply about their students, guiding them inside and outside the classroom toward academic achievement and social-emotional growth. Many of our parents are NSHA graduates themselves who truly believe in our school’s mission and values, and trust us to imbue their childrens’ educations with ethical Torah values and the know-how to thrive in our modern society.
Our expansive co-curricular offerings, special programs, electives, and athletics appeal to every interest, guiding our students to becoming well-rounded young adults who speak and act with kindness and generosity, pursue their academic and personal passions, and step up to take their place as leaders in their Jewish community and the world.
We invite you to visit our impressive campuses in Great Neck and to see the incredible Academy in action: a vibrant community comprised of students and faculty who strive for excellence and work hard to enrich the Jewish people and to make the world a better, more beautiful place.
We look forward to meeting you.
