Dear Cherry Lane Families:
In order to help streamline our dismissal procedures and make the lives of our parents less complicated, we have set up an email address for you to send requests for change of dismissal.
This address will go straight to our office staff. Teachers will no longer accept notes from parents; parents should email email@example.com by 1:00pm on the day of the change and our office staff will inform teachers of the change.
We hope that this new system will eliminate the confusion that occurs when teachers do not see the note that has been sent to them, or when children forget to give them notes.
